Welcome to general chemistry!
Chemistry is a core course that can fulfill the graduation requirement for a year in Chemistry or Physics. Chemistry emphasizes essential skills in both chemical principles and lab techniques. The course is a must for the college prep student or a student going into a science related field . Areas of study include forms of energy, energy transfer and conservation, properties of matter, changes in matter, scientific inquiry and reflection. This course will teach you to think analytically and to apply that knowledge to your experiences.
